About the Artist
Leah Ang (calligraphylovemnl) started her calligraphy journey in June 2016. Her first experience in calligraphy was not what she expected. At first she found it challenging because she had no one to consult with. But it was her passion to stretch herself which allowed her to be known in the calligraphy community today.
Leah believes that the beauty of calligraphy lies in the imperfections. Leah developed her very own colorful letter blending style using inspirations from her surroundings and with the help of this group, Calligrafriends PH which she co-heads today.In addition to her full time job and caring for her family, she always has time to practice and inspire others through her calligraphy.
