Order Fulfillment Status Definitions:
- Awaiting Processing – Order is now on queue and being prepared by the team
- Processing – Order is waiting for the courier but has been prepared and is ready to be shipped
- Shipped – Order has been shipped and is on the way to the customer
- Delivered – Order has been delivered to the customer
- Returned – Order has been returned
- Awaiting Payment – We are validating the details of your payment from our e-mail. (0-2 days) If urgent, you may send us a message via Facebook Chat (@shoptokyofinds)
- Paid – Payment for the order is received in full. Order will start to be prepared
- Cancelled – Order is cancelled
- Refunded – Payment for the order is refunded in full
- Partially Refunded – Payment for the order is refunded partially

- For International Shipping: Rates will depend on your country and will be shipped to you via DHL. The rate will be computed for you before you decide to make a purchase.
Please expect an update from us via e-mail after order has been picked up or shipped. Once item is picked up, it is the buyer’s responsibility to track the order. It is not our responsibility to replace goods that are damaged during shipment. If no feedback is raised within 14 working days from the time the tracking number is sent, all orders are assumed delivered and received in good condition. Please double check your shipping information before finalizing your order. Make sure to include your mobile number for shipping purposes. Customer will shoulder charges for wrong information.
